Returns

Most of our items are dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order. And are dispatched either via DPD courier service or An Post delivery service.

Large Mirrors, large framed wall Art and larger items of furniture are delivered by pallet delivery.

Cost for this starts from €30 for local delivery, and can be up to €100, depending on size of item and location. Contact us by email in advance of purchase to discuss

Large Mirrors, Framed art and larger items of furniture can be collected from our warehouse in Co Kildare, please email for details before purchase.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, under the EU distance selling directive, you are entitled to return the product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund (excluding delivery costs). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received. Our returns policy does not apply to Sales / Clearance items or to items brought in to order. These items are non-refundable.

To return an item:

EMAIL US AT THECURATEDHOMEIRL@GMAIL.COM . PLEASE QUOTE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND ADVISE IF YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS WHEN RETURNING OR EXCHANGING PRODUCTS AND FURNITURE. WE WILL COVER THE SHIPPING COST FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS.

Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition. All returns are your responsibility until they reach The Curated Home Collections are from appointment from our warehouse just outside Naas, Co Kildare. Email us to make a collection appt.

Please note:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Faulty Items

If you receive damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or an exchange.

Any faults with the item need to be reported to us within a 2 day period of your delivery.
